Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to MapHawk. By using our Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization and management services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Services Provided
MapHawk provides Google Business Profile optimization and management services, including profile audits, information updates, category and service adjustments, review management, Q&A population, and related GBP-focused tasks. All services begin once full payment is received.

3. Payment Terms
MapHawk operates on a monthly prepaid subscription model. Services will be delivered according to the agreed scope after payment confirmation.

4. Credit Card Authorization
By providing your credit card information, you authorize MapHawk to charge your card monthly for ongoing services until you cancel your subscription as outlined in Section 6. This authorization serves as your consent for recurring billing.

5. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, including in cases of service dissatisfaction or cancellation.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice at least one (1) business day prior to your next billing date. Cancellations must be emailed to team@maphawk.co. Failure to provide timely notice will result in automatic renewal and billing for the next cycle.

7.   Results Disclaimer
While MapHawk works to optimize your Google Business Profile and improve your online presence, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or business outcomes. Results vary based on Google’s algorithms and external factors beyond our control.

8. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to perform the agreed services, including Google account access and business details. Delays caused by missing or incorrect client input do not qualify for refunds or service credits.

9. Terms Modification
MapHawk reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
